Working with Hope was a dream come true! We trained for the NYC Marathon with her and she tailored our program to fit our fitness levels, while pushing us to get better and faster in a healthy way. We improved our running so much and had an amazing race! She’s super communicative throughout the process and gives real-time feedback, making us feel super supported and accountable. 11/10 would recommend!!!

Hope was my coach leading up to my 2nd marathon and I had a big goal with a shorter than usual runway to get there! In the end she led me to a 25 min PR for that full and then coached me through a short turnaround for a PR in the half marathon 6 weeks later! It’s been amazing working with Hope as we both were figuring out what I am capable of today, and what it takes to push myself to increase those capabilities. She is not only so experienced, but simply a joy to work and chat with! I have never felt more confident in training and fitness than I have the past few months! She listens and she encourages and she level sets. She’s helped me unlock potential I don’t know I had! I can’t wait to continue working with Hope as I shoot for the stars with my goals!

Hope is an incredible coach, and I’ve truly loved working with her throughout my first marathon training block. Her training plans are thoughtfully personalized, and her constant encouragement has kept me motivated and consistent, even during some of the toughest mental and physical moments. As a nursing student, my schedule can be demanding and unpredictable, but Hope has always taken that into consideration, working around my school commitments to make sure I’m training efficiently while still getting enough rest. Her regular check-ins and unwavering support have made a huge difference, and I couldn’t have asked for a better coach for this journey.

Working with Hope was the BEST! My only regret is that I didn't reach out sooner. Coaching provided me with the structure, encouragement and accountability I needed to finish out training for my 3rd marathon. As a mom, it was also so helpful to be coached by someone who understands and can relate to my stage of life and need for flexibility adaptability with a training plan. I couldn't recommend her more and can't wait to train for another race in the future!

Working with Hope has been incredible! As a busy working mom, I struggled with decision fatigue despite my love for running and working out. Hope listened to my goals, created a plan, and set targeted paces that helped me push beyond my limits. Her expertise allowed her to adjust and challenge me each week based on my progress. She's always there to answer questions, provide support, and keep me motivated. I'm excited to see how far I can go with her coaching I'm confident I'll crush my PRs with her guidance!

I'm 33 years old, and running was never something I thought I'd be into let alone consistently incorporating into my life. But after getting sober in 2021, I set a goal: to run a half marathon. It was time to focus on something for myself and work towards it. When Hope shared her coaching program, I felt like the timing couldn't have been better. It was the perfect opportunity to start something new with someone who was also beginning a new chapter. Hope has been everything I could've asked for in a coach patient, accommodating, unbelievably knowledgeable and welcoming. She introduced me to the world of running without the pressure of an "end goal." Instead, she taught me that running and movement in general can be about consistency and enjoving the process for the long run, pun intended.

Working with Coach Hope has truly transformed my running. She has a way of gently pushing me outside my comfort zone while always making me feel supported and capable. Because of her guidance, I’ve hit paces and completed workouts I never thought were possible for me. Her coaching style is encouraging, thoughtful, and challenging in all the right ways. I’m not only stronger and faster, but also more confident in myself as a runner. I’m so grateful to have her in my corner.
