As a mom of three little ones (all under four!), a competitive marathoner, and a coach with a masterâs degree in Exercise Science, I bring both real-life balance and evidence-based training to every athlete I work with. Iâve had the privilege of coaching runners of all levelsâfrom first-time 5K finishers to Boston qualifiersâand I truly believe thereâs always a way to chase big goals while keeping joy and balance at the heart of the process.
My mission is simple: to help you work hard, find your rhythm, and accomplish incredible thingsâwhile having fun along the way.
